We're Annie and Greg Witkamp, aka the Wits, and we're thrifters that salvage, design and sell furniture we find on craigslist, at estate and garage sales, on the side of the road, and pieces owned by others. It's our passion to collect, restore, create and revamp vintage and antique furniture, lighting and decor. Check out our portfolio page to see some of our work. In December of 2011 we became first time homeowners. Demo, renovation, budget decorating, DIY and more are documented here as well as our furniture ventures. However, as of February 2013, we gave ourselves a year to finish our house before transferring to Seattle (a dream of ours) in the spring of 2014. That means our posts will be focused on updating the house on our slim budget. Our furniture refinishing will take a backseat during this time but you better believe we'll be back to it as soon as we can.
